Brief
Design a logo for a newly established company: Intelligent Financial Solutions(IFS).

Who is IFS?
IFS is an emerging Sydney based lending consulting firm.

What do they do?
They’re committed to provide the one-stop reliable and tailored solutions to all your banking needs across all states in Australia.

Design rationale
The logo is derived from the top of letter ‘i’, which is the initial letter of ‘intelligent. The two smaller shapes with the lighter gradients communicate the movement of bank interest rates: always going up and down.
The circle with the darker gradients represent the IFS’ knowledgeable and skillfull team.

Original concept and development
During brainstorming, several initial concepts were proposed around ‘IFS’, ‘key’, ‘solution’, and the doctoral cap.
My client made a final decision as to lay emphasis on ‘intelligent’ which matches with his PH.D background and previous experience.
